This brilliant TV advert by Boots shows ballet dancer Alessandra Ferri, 52 dancing with a reflection of herself at 19 years old. The technique of using a 45 degree, angled mirror in a darkened theatre used to be the illusion technique endorsed by many theatres years ago to create ghostly figures. Its implication here however is for a much more subtle cause. The song is Way Down We Go by Icelandic rock band Kaleo.
