A campaign by Sport England called This Girl Can promotes sports and fitness amongst women with this new TV ad campaign called ‘Fit Got Real’. The ad demonstrates that whether you’re cycling to work, literally running the school run, or getting muddy with your pooch in the park, there are amazing ways for to fit exercise into our lives.
