This new advert by the Royal Bank of Scotland promotes it’s credit card lock/unlock feature which is available on their mobile baking app. The ad features Sophie who seems to have lost her credit card and immediately takes advantage of the convenient feature. When she discovers it’s not lost after all, the facility once again comes in very handy.

The song that Sophie is singing in the Bank of Scotland Advert is the 2001 version of Lady Marmalade performed by Christina Aguilera, Lil’ Kim, Mýa & P!nk. The song was written by Bob Crewe and Kenny Nolan with its first popular recording in 1974 by the American girl group Labelle. Another notable cover version was recorded by girl group All Saints in 1998. The 2001 version was used for the 2001 feature film Moulan Rouge.
