McDonald’s promote their new Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese with this delicious TV advert. The limited edition burger is THE alternative for those who feel Big Mac just isn’t enough. The summer 2019 TV advert shows a man preparing to eat a regular Quarter Pounder as the years roll by. After the actor’s appearance changes from the 1980’s up to the present day, he’s joined at the table by his son, holding the limited edition Double Quarter Pounder.
The popular burger appeared on the menu eight years ago, but was taken off by bosses, forcing customers to create their own as part of the fast food giant’s secret menu. Now however, the burger which consists of two burgers, two cheese slices, ketchup, mustard, onions, pickles and a bun can be selected direct from the menu as part of a meal for £4.29.
Unfortunately this classic burger only returns to McDonald’s menu for a limited time, seven weeks to be precise. So make sure you get down to Maccy D’s before the summer ends!
