Very.co.uk kick off the 2019 Christmas Advert season with this 40-second animated “pass-the-parcel” commercial. The ad titled “Get more Out Of Giving” begins at night-time in a snow-covered street where we see an elderly man called Sidney walking towards his un-decorated home. We see the whole neighbourhood give up their time to help him out and place decorations in to a pink gift box to later give to the man to make the festive season special for their neighbour.
You may recognise all the characters in the video as they have starred in previous Very.co.uk Christmas ads. The advert concludes with the man celebrating in his living room with his neighbours turning on the Christmas lights to reveal his newly decorated home.
