The BBC have released this new trailer featuring clips of everything from Eastenders to Strictly Come Dancing, Cbeebies and Come Dancing. The trailer uses the slogan “Whatever you’re into, there’s a BBC for all of us” as we see some of the BBC’s “greatest hits” to the sound of a classic song by The Ronettes.
This comes at a time when we are once again in lockdown staying at home. The BBC want to maximise on this opportunity during a difficult time.

The music in the BBC for all of us Trailer is a song called “Be My Baby” recorded in 1963 by American girl group the Ronettes. The song’s popularity was rejuvenated in 1987 when it featured in the soundtrack for popular romantic drama dance film “Dirty Dancing”.
Considered one of the best songs of the 1960s by NME, Be My Baby reached number two on the US BillBoard Hot 100 and number 4 in the UK Singles Chart. The song was later released on the group’s debut LP ‘Presenting the Fabulous Ronettes featuring Veronica’ in 1964.
