This new BBC trailer announces the launch of new series of Strictly Come Dancing for 2021. As the advert suggests, the show will star professional dancers Dianne Buswell, Johannes Radebe, Amy Dowden, Oti Mabuse, Aljaž Škorjanec and more.
The judging panel will still feature Craig Revel Horwood, Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas, but Bruno Tonioli will be replaced by Anton Du Beke.
When does Strictly Come Dancing 2021 start ?
The series will return on Saturday 18 September with the launch show where each contestant will be paired up with their professional dancer. The first live show will then follow on Saturday 25 September.
Who are the contestants in Strictly 2021 ?
The contestants have been confirmed as McFly’s Tom Fletcher, comedian Robert Webb, TV presenter AJ Odudu. TV Chef John White, CBBC’s TV presenter and actor Rhys Stephenson, Dragon’s Den judge Sara Davies, Actor Katie McGlynn, TV presenter Dan Walker, TV chef and presenter Tilly Ramsay, Actor Greg Wise, Eastenders actresses Nina Wadia and Rose Ayling-Ellis, British swimming champion Adam Peaty, comedian and presenter Judi Love and finally retired England and British & Irish Lions star Ugo Monye.

The music in the 2021 Strictly Come Dancing advert trailer is the 1977 hit song ‘I Feel Love’ recorded by American singer-songwriter Donna Summer. Initially released as a B-side, the song featured on Summer’s fifth studio album, “I remember Yesterday”.
“I Feel Love” was produced and co-written by Giorgio Moroder and Pete Bellotte.
This song has featured on two adverts of recent years namely the M&S Denim advert and Amazon Alexa Opera advert last year.
Although very similar to the original, the remixed version used in this advert is currently unidentified. Watch this space for updates.
