This latest 2021 Booking.com advert encourages us all to ‘Travel Proud’ as we see LGBTQ+ travellers with their families and friends on holiday. We see them enjoying staying at a hotel making use of rooms service and the swimming pool.

The music in the new 2021 Booking.com Travel Proud advert is a song called ‘Blue Skies’ performed by American actress Doris Day.
The song was written in 1926 by American composer and lyricist Irving Berlin as a last-minute addition to the Rodgers and Hart musical ‘Betsy’. ‘Blue Skies’ has been performed by many musicians and performers over the years including Benny Goodman, Willie Nelson and a performance by Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye in the 1954 film White Christmas.
