Stella have released a new 2021 Stella Artois advert titled “Stella Tips”. The advert featuring the classic Stella tune by Jean-Claude Petit celebrates the reopening of the hospitality sector by pledging an extra £500,000 for bar staff.
The TV commercial shows a very thirsty local patron celebrating the pub’s return. A voice-over explains that “for every pint served, Stella Artois will give one pound to bar staff tips so everyone feels welcome to be back”.
The campaign launched on 7 April and is backed by model Jodie Kidd and musician James Blunt, who own the Half Moon Inn and The Fox & Pheasant respectively. The initiative will be available to participating pubs until 9 May estimated to give £42 to more then 12,000 hospitality staff across the UK.
This advert follows on from Stella Artois’ artistic, animated campaign last year called ‘The Life Artois‘.
